SARGAVEDI (Arts Club)

The Arts Club is the wing of the College that bears responsibility for conducting various cultural programmes and competitions within the campus. The Club also supervises and trains our students for intercollegiate, state and national level competitions. The club brings in personalities from different fields to interact with the students. Participating in Arts and Cultural Programmes helps students to develop a stronger sense of individualism, sell reflection and self-esteem. Participating in these activities helps them to learn, to commit a task, and prepare themselves emotionally, physically and mentally to work towards the goal of mastering and sharing the skills.
Objectives of the Sargavedi Ats Club

To explore the talent of the students apart from academic ability, and also to focus on All development of students,
To create Personal & Social Awareness and Building Competence & Composure Under Pressure through community-based events
To bring out creativity, cooperation, and solidarity.
Motivating and Training the students based on their talents.
Encouraging the students to participate in Inter and Intra Collegiate Competitions
Selections may be conducted and students may be allowed to participate in various Competitions and functions
To boost students’ investigations of community and social issues
To create educational opportunities for all students on campus
To provide a vehicle for students interested in politics, social change, and organizers to discuss relevant topics and ideas
To improve Students’ personal and professional attributes and skills.
To increase the confidence and proficiency of students in public speaking
To develop their analytical and critical thinking capabilities, and by extension, Improve their debating skills
To keep students abreast of current affairs and issues of social relevance
