TOOFAAN: Anti-Drug Awareness Campaign As part of the anti-drug awareness initiatives, an awareness programme was conducted on 30 June 2026 under the leadership of the NSS Unit of Najath College of Science & Technology. The programme aimed to educate students and the public about the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of leading a healthy, drug-free life. The campaign was inaugurated by the local police officials, who addressed the gathering on the growing menace of narcotic substance abuse among youth. NSS volunteers actively participated in the programme and organized an awareness rally carrying anti-drug messages and placards promoting the slogan “Say No to Drugs.” During the programme, experts highlighted the physical, psychological, and social consequences of drug addiction and emphasized the role of students in creating a drug-free society. Awareness messages were shared with the public, and participants pledged their commitment to combating drug abuse and promoting responsible citizenship. The programme concluded with a collective pledge against drug use and a call for continued community participation in anti-drug initiatives.
