The Employability Skill Development Cell (ESDC) at Najath College of Science & Technology, Karuvarakundu is a dynamic initiative to nurture students’ employability skills. Our mission is to empower students with the competencies necessary for successful career transitions. Through a blend of workshops, industry interactions, and practical experiences, ESDC bridges the gap between academic learning and professional readiness. It collaborates with employers to understand industry needs and prepare students accordingly. Led by a coordinator and faculty mentors, the ESDC also offers career counselling sessions and Interactive sessions with various entrepreneurs. By bridging the gap between academics and industry expectations, the cell ensures students are job-ready and competitive in their chosen fields.
