    The Interview Readiness Training By K Disk

    The Interview Readiness Training was held on 19 January 2026 at Najath College of Science and Technology, Karuvarakund.
    The session ran from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Ms Ayisha Zidha, Soft Skill Trainer from Vijnanakeralam, served as the resource person.
    The training focused on building confident self-introductions and effective communication. Students learned key aspects of interview etiquette and professional body language. Strategies for answering common HR interview questions were also discussed.
    The session was interactive and engaging. Participants actively took part in mock interviews and role-play exercises.
    Feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive. The event was organised in collaboration with K-DISC and Vijnanakeralam.
