Department of Journalism & Mass Communication

The Journalism Department at NCST offers a range of complementary courses for the BA Sociology and BA English programs, as well as Multi-Disciplinary Courses (MDCS) for various other programs within the college.

Complementary Courses:
- BA Sociology: The Journalism Department offers courses in Media and Society, Journalism and Social Change, and Research Methods in Journalism as complementary courses for BA Sociology students.
- BA English: The department offers courses in Literary Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies, and Writing for Media as complementary courses for BA English students.

Multi-Disciplinary Courses (MDC):
- MDC in Journalism: The department offers MDC courses in Introduction to Journalism, Media Ethics, and Broadcasting Journalism for students from various programs.
- MDC in Mass Communication: The department offers MDC courses in Mass Communication, Advertising, and Public Relations for students from various programs.
