    The Internal Complaints Committee of Najath College successfully organised an awareness talk on the POSH Act 2013, aimed at fostering a safer and more inclusive work environment.
    he session was led by Adv. Seethi Sawad, a distinguished alumnus of the college and a practising legal expert in gender justice and workplace safety.

    The programme was formally inaugurated by Dr. Abdul Jaleel O, Principal of NCST, who emphasised the importance of institutional responsibility in upholding the principles of the POSH Act.
    In his keynote address, Adv. Seethi Sawad provided insightful commentary on the legal framework, real-world applications, and the role of educational institutions in promoting awareness and compliance.

    The event witnessed active participation from faculty, staff, and students, and concluded with an interactive Q&A session that encouraged dialogue on rights, responsibilities, and reporting mechanisms.
