    Najath College of Science & Technology, in association with IQAC, successfully conducted the Parents' Induction Programme on 13th August 2025 at 10 am.. The event aimed to foster a strong partnership between parents and the institution, ensuring a supportive environment for students' academic and personal growth
    Highlights of the Programme:
    • Keynote Session by Ms. Rashida, Counselling Psychologist at DNIC, focusing on student mental health, emotional well-being, and the role of parents in nurturing resilience.
    • Interactive sessions allowed parents to engage with faculty and understand the college’s academic framework, support systems, and expectations.
    • Inaugural Address by Dr. Abdul Jaleel, Principal, who emphasised the importance of parental involvement in higher education.
    The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from parents, faculty members, and staff, marking a meaningful beginning to the academic year.
    The college extends heartfelt thanks to all attendees for making the event a resounding success.
