Examination Committee
To uphold the academic integrity and operational efficiency of all examination-related processes, Najath College of Science & Technology has constituted a dedicated Examination Committee. This committee is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the quality assurance of both University Examinations and Internal Assessments, ensuring compliance with the norms and institutional standards of the affiliating university.
The committee is chaired by Dr Abdul Jaleel Odengadan, with Muhammed Kunhu MK (Vice Principal) and Muhammed Hasbulla (College Council Secretary) serving in key leadership roles. It includes Heads of Departments, Mr Abdul Majeed (Additional Superintendent for University Examinations), and Mr Thabsheer (Office Superintendent) as active members contributing to its multifaceted responsibilities.
Core Functions of the Committee
- University Examination Coordination
Oversees the seamless conduct of university examinations, including hall arrangements, invigilation duty allocation, and communication with the university.
- Internal Examination Monitoring
Ensures timely scheduling, uniform question paper setting, and transparent evaluation across departments.
- Policy Compliance and Documentation
Maintains accurate records, ensures adherence to university regulations, and prepares reports for audits and academic reviews.
- Operational Supervision
Supports logistical arrangements, manages examination materials, and ensures confidentiality and security protocols.
- Interdepartmental Coordination
Facilitates collaboration among departments for the smooth execution of examination duties and internal mark compilation.
- Continuous Improvement
Reviews examination procedures periodically and recommends enhancements for academic quality and student experience.
